Eddie has some of the symbiote still in his body from what it seems. The symbiote talks about how it is waiting for Eddie to die and get autopsied on so that it can come out. Not quite sure if it meant it literally. Eddie talks and sees the symbiote and the symbiote is poking him to get revenge on Parker via Aunt May since he sees that she is in the same hospital. It ends where Eddie has a package that he ordered on his bed and the symbiote is telling him to open it. Its basically a Black Spiderman costume made in nylon and he puts it on.

I actually like the fact that Mac Gargan has become Venom. It makes for an interesting story.

You can take the Brock out of the Symbiote, but you can't take the venom out of Brock.
