Yeah, but does that mean Majuub is as strong as a SSJ3? No, because he is not. Even when Goku was training him at the beginning of GT, he was ONLY in his base form. I doubt Majuub is anywhere close to a SSJ3's power.

I was thinking, a few people need to have their moves changed like Goten. That charge move should only be able to be used in his base form, not his base form & Super Saiyan form. Also, I don't really like Hercule but I do occasionally use him & he should at least be able to hurt a few people like Chaotzu & Videl.

As for the Goten idea, not bad. Having certain moves that are only usable in normal form will make people think twice before transforming to Super Saiyan.

No he isn't. He isn't nearly as strong as Goku was when he fought Cell, 60% of that at best. Piccolo isn't even as strong as USSJ Vegeta or Trunks. A Full power regular SSJ far surpasses Piccolo's power by miles. Piccolo is stronger then a SSJ after he fuses with Kami, but only up until the Cell games, then the SSJ's surpass him by a great deal, especially Goku and Gohan.

No but he's still weaker, and the full power SSJ far surpasses the USSJ form. Putting Piccolo well behind a regular SSJ. Goku and Gohan would annihilate Piccolo in their SSJ forms.

he isn't as strong as ussj trunks thats for sure but he is better cause trunks moves in slow motion in that form ermm

Piccolo at least became as strong as an Ascended Super Saiyan by the Cell Games. He was already stronger than a regular Super Saiyan at that point so I'm sure he increased his power by the Cell Games. And by the Buu saga, he should've at least become as powerful as a Fully Powered Super Saiyan.

Goku even states that Piccolo had become a lot more powerful after Piccolo told Goku that he had already trained in the Room of Spirit & Time. But, when Piccolo asks if he's still much weaker than Cell, Goku says that he is. Here's the scan:

LOL, I love Chichi, she is my favorite female character, especially in DB.

Yeah, she's funny because she can be nice & just flip out. I wish she would've whooped Maron's ass in the Garlic Jr. saga though.

I like almost all the females in DB/DBZ/DBGT, especially Android 18.

Maron was pretty annoying....sexy....but annoying.

Anyway, I hope we get adult Chi-Chi as well & she should be something like Videl except with a jet pack.

I wouldn't mind playing as Chi-Chi when she's an adult. She should be fast...

Not too fast, she's not superhuman...

Anyway, I still have my fingers crossed for Giant Piccolo & Buff Piccolo to be in the game. Giant Piccolo is longer overdue to be in a DBZ game.
