Ok, I wouldn't go that far. I hate Venom III for a few reasons.
-It completely ruined Scorpion's attitude, and instead of keeping Mac's personality, they changed him into another generic 'kill kill' villain.
-I hate his design.
-Marvel's turned him more and more into a Hulk rip-off.

I didn't know, I haven't been following him recently but when I was, most of what I heard sounded pretty cool. The idea's useless if you're not going to keep his personality, though.
