Spiderman is faster, stronger, a precog, and has all that webbing.
You can't even give cap the experience edge, since spiderman has been fighting superhumans since at LEAST the time cap was thawed out, and his rogues gallery is by far more dangerous than cap's is.
How long would cap last against the sandman? the lizard? venom? Any of the Goblins? Carnage? Morlun? Dr. Octopus? Juggernaut? The Entire X-men roster? Firelord?

Yup, but at the end of the day it is still Spiderman and he is in awe of Captain America. Cap takes him out of the fight right from the biginning.
dam I'd like to see Cap wins... however little chances for that. Maybe if he were fighting pre-Other Spidey not focused on the fight... DD gave a hard time to Pete. Cap did it to DD. And remember, Steve had the balls to humiliate Loki...😮💨 enough prep time for Cap and Petey is doomed. Caps explosives (prep) + fighting skills rule😉
