i thnk the fact that Catwoman has nine lives gives her the ultamate advantage...plus, she's fairly strong and agile

if the fight were in Joker's territory, and Joker planned ahead, than he'll most likely win

If the fight is sudden and unexpected, then Catwoman will most likely win
