Didn't Impossible Man beat Surfer one time. He can literally become anything....it's not a shifting of himself like PM.

eh hard choice, they'd both probably get soooo annoying to the point that they both notice how annoying they are, and how annoying the other person is and the univere explodes.

(in fact, I brought that up like two days ago regarding the IM,
I clearly stated even though it's canon,
it's ridiculous and shouldn't be taken into consideration)

But on a serious note. (as serious as one can get with the IM)

IM created a duplicate alternate lunatic Planet Earth,
with nearly every hero and villain that ever existed,
even Inhumans/Eternals/Titans and Shiar members were created,
even beings that had been long dead.

All this, IM created with a thought.

This creation was so loony,
that it was a threat to the entire Marvel Omniverse,
literally being able to potentially cause irreparable damage
to the fabric of all creation.

Galactus arrived on this Planet,
and destroyed it for the sake of the Omniverse.

The instant Galactus left,
IM blinks, and the entire Planet pops back into existence, 🙂
again with all the heroes and villains and extras.

even when he's written "seriously."
