A lot of those powers are pretty useless against Hyperion.
3 invisbile superhuge superheavy telepaths with three times the strength and durability of PreCrisisSuperboy are using 12th level intellect to fight Hyperion by combining their matter manip and elasticiy/shapshifting with the other listed powers and you think he has a chance?

but, but Hyperion has eye beams...durfist
In terms of abilities and raw power, the Composite Superman was one of the most powerful enemies Superman and Batman ever faced. In addition to all of Superman's powers (derived from Supergirl), the Composite Superman's strength and invulnerability levels were three times as powerful as Superman's because Legionnaires Mon-El and Ultra Boy were invulnerable and possessed super-strength. The Composite Superman also possessed numerous special powers, derived from various Legion members:
The ability to grow to giant size (Colossal Boy)
The ability to shrink (Shrinking Violet)
The ability to divide into 3 people (Triplicate Girl)
The ability to fire lightning bolts (Lightning Lad)
The ability to generate heat and light (Sun Boy)
The ability to make things super-lightweight (Light Lass)
The ability to make things super-heavy (Star Boy)
The ability to eat any form of matter (Matter-Eater Lad)
The ability to turn invisible (Invisible Kid)
The ability to inflate into a large ball (Bouncing Boy)
The ability to stretch any part of his body (Elastic Lad)
The ability to shapeshift (Chameleon Boy)
Telepathy (Saturn Girl)
12th level intelligence (Brainiac 5)
Magnetic powers (Cosmic Boy)
X-ray vision that could see through anything, even lead (Ultra Boy)
The ability to transmute elements (Element Lad)
The ability to phase through solid matter (Phantom Girl)

Which he can shoot through adamanitum with. He could also killed the Hulk in one shot with it, same with Namorita IN WATER.
Brainiac's intelligence and triplet girl's powers is what makes this so hard for Hyperion.
But hey, he killed every single superhuman in 6 different universes.

Superman is arguably more durable than the Hulk and composite Superman is three times more durable than him, add in all the other powers and I can't see Hyperion hitting him with eye beams and if he does I don't think they would put him down.
I was kinda thinking that Comp. Supes would win, but I'd noticed a lot of threads lately with Hyperion destroying people with one shot. I just wanted to see how he'd stack up against possibly the most overpowered character ever.
Edit: Would the fight go down the same way if Comp. Supes wasn't allowed to split into 3?
Yeah probably. Brainiac's intelligence is just insane, and Hyperion was never really that smart to begin with.
However. Using heat based attacks have no effect on him, pretty much any energy based attack is completely useless against him. Holocaust's bio nuclear blasts did nothing, nor did Mimic's optic blast and Tj's bolts.
Matter manipulation is just too versatile.
