Did he beat him? All I remember from one fight is Wrecker shoots him with a blast that rips open a dimensional rift and Mephisto appears

He actually always was, but some writers tend to make the Crew job. Mike Oeming just brought him back to his old levels and then some

I know Wrecker has one shotted Hulk but Hulk has stood up to harder hits that that and kept going. I think it's fair to say that Wrecker can KO Hulk but he would really have to work for it.

[edit] After looking at the BRB fight I'll make it 6/10 Wrecker is still a brawler for the most part and that just plays to Hulk's strength (so to speak)
