The Confederacy

Yea....something has been kinda bothering me when i want to Starwars.com and saw the clip of the new series comeing out a line that yoda spoke brought up something to my mind he sayed

"In this war dooku stays one step ahead of us he has"

and the other one is

"Great loses we have suffered in this war prevent more Casualties we must"

Does that mean the Confederacy was ACTUALLY holding its own aginst the republic or does it mean the Confederacy was kicking the Republic's butt and the beginning and\or middle of the war?

only suggests 2 things

1: dooku has at least evaded capture
2: there are a lot of casualties in war

both already implied by it simply being the clone wars.
doesnt mean you're wrong, but this is nothing to base any such speculation on , imho.

The seperatist leaders stayed safe. The Republic suffered losses, and there was concern at some points, but the Republic was never really loosing.

Because it was never meant to lose.

Doesn't matter, CIS kicked some ass.

And then lost.
