Change the World Plans

Hello Everyone

I wanted some reasonable answers from you guys on how you would change or make an impact on the world or local community "if you were granted $ 1 million."

The rules are :

1) You cannot make any profit of the given money.
2) Your plans must show progress within 1 year span of time
or the remaining money will be seized by the grantor
3) You are limited to use 5 people for your assistance
4) You must keep paper record of your expenditures
5) The money must be used by you and nobody else

I hope to receive some educated plans. I'll share mines after I receive some replies.

Awesome idea! Though in theory my Utopia idea wasn't that bad. So the assistant can't use the money? Bummer. In the grand scheme of things... 1 million isn't much for a world changing endeavor. I'll respond when my brain boots back up! Ciao!

With 1 million and I can't make money? I would give it all to charity's like the WNF, let them figure it out. They claim they can do a lot of things with just € 2,- 500.000x that would really make a difference I'd assume.
