storm was able to take all the moisture out of the air inside magnetos sheild back in Uncanny 112....which was a much younger and inexperienced storm...Mags shield >>>>> Sues, no reason she could not work inside of sues shield....of course you would have to barr bubbles in internal organs

Storm's Powers work intantaneously

She doesn't need to concentrate for lightining, it's coming out of the clear blue at 1/2 the speed of light intanttaneously.

She can even have her back turned to Sue and kill her while she's flying high in the atmosphere at hypersonic speeds.
