Magneto and Loki, in a straight up fight I would have to give it to magneto since loki relies on alot of trickery and magneto is not exactly stupid enough to fall for some of lokis ploys or maybe he is depending on what loki has in store for him...magneto 6/10

Apocalypse Vs. Loki=canon, Magneto Vs. Apocalypse in AoA= non canon.

Not mentioning how many times could have Apocalypse killed Magneto in AoA.
And when Apocalypse was choking him in the end in AoA, I think we all realize he could tear Magneto head off in a split second, but I don't think wtiter would allow that, right.

I don't remember well. I know Apocalypse was choking him, while talking something to him (he could have easily tear his head off or broke his neck), while Magneto took that oppurtunity to gather all his power and to rip him in half.

my god, if i was magneto and reading this thread, i'd find you all, levitate a knife to your throats and tell you i'd kill you the next time you mention apocalypse in a MAGNETO vs LOKI thread.

LOKI. greater power, greater everything really. furthermore, the nigh invinsible shield of MAGs was absorbed by thor's mystical mlijnor. loki has much more flexibility and amount of mystical power. i really dont see magneto winning this.
