i don't know the answer, and much more are smarter then me, and instead of them doing drugs and partying, they could probably figure it faster then i could.
your not going to like the answer to it.
four things that gov'n our body/system:
chemical,
electrical (mechanics of the cells),
structural (relation to the nervous system, the spine)
and
energy (frequency/voltage/current).
These 4 things are what helps us to be a functional machine or system and is part of our dna, the dna isn't just a binary code, it works and functions b/c of the 4. Each part of us is effected by all 4 and damage can occur when there is something unbalanced in any of the 4 regions. A person or child can get hit in the head and have some brain damage due to the structural damage of the skull, as there is a slight distance in room b/t the brain and the skull, esp. in infants but not so much so in adults (but the distance is still there). The damage to any organ in the body can be from toxins (chemical ingested via water or food or air...and toxins can be overdose of medication, herbs, food, FUNGUS/MICROBES). That's just an example of structural damage to the skull. Fungus/microbes react to energy, chemicals, electrical part of the body, etc. and can easily be destroyed by any of these means, or these means can help facilitate it's growth process. Food in itself is a chemical system, by the way. What you think about and the energy you rec'v in your psyche is an energy system, as it can be measured with an EEG, the alpha, beta, gamma rays.
There isn't one simple answer.
I would guess that it's either going to be an issue with chemicals (food, dna damage, toxicity, hormones in food) or energy. And with enough energy, a person's focus and mental situation can be blocked, sad but true. But we humans do sad things alot of times.
