No, they didn't build up to nothing. I just figured it out. Remember when Tony and bobby were sitting on the boat and they were talking about getting shot in the head, someone said that you can't even feel it, everything just goes black?!?! Thats what happened at the end. It was just how meadow walked in and it was over. Makes sense, doesn't it?

Ok so when Tony looks up at Meadow the camera is Tony looking at her and someone shoots him and it's over. Ok I gotcha. I get it now. I was confused about the ending so I didnt know what the hell to think.
