Ultron is severely outclassed. Classic Ultron can't do shit to Apocalypse. Apoc can TK crush it, matter manipulate it, take control of Ultron's tech, infect Ultron with a TO virus (Ultron's worst nightmare: organic flesh 😈 ), etc. Ultron's screwed.
