The reason I have the Destroyer @#3 is because I have a comic where Ben is holding his own damn well against it...and this is not the Destroyer I would come to expect (certainly not the one that beat Thor so handedly in its first appearance).

No way in hell could Firelord do that.
Almost any herald could fight in black holes. Terrax has lived in black holes, and he's one of the most pathetic heralds of them all. Far less powerful than Firelord. And Red Shift only makes them because that's his forte. Stardust's too. Firelord's is cosmic fire. That's like saying Firelord's above Red Shift because Firelord has produced a heat wave so powerful it caused the Silver Surfer to flee, and btw that is probably the most impressive thing any herald other than Morg and Surfer have ever done.
if we're including Superman as Herald then he's gotta come near the top. it may not mean much that he's Superman (as the Power Cosmic is way about Kryptonian dna) but it's still gotta mean something and that something's more than enough to put him above most other heralds of Galactus.
prolly go with the following:
1. WoL Morg
2. Annihilation Surfer
3. SuperSurfer (Kryptonian)
4. regular Silver Surfer
5. Morg
... then the rest, pretty much undifferentiated.
I think the 'steps' between them in power and potential, aren't all that great, the Power Cosmic's gotta imbue a certain base level of awesomeness to all, there after it's a question of Galactus's favouring a few over the rest or of additional powers that they bring to the table (kryptonian, Waters of Life...).
Surfer is also potentially the greatest of the lot, imo, since he is a Galactus killer in an alternate universe and - more importantly - he is meant to be the one that kills Galactus. also, the universe (Lord Order and wotnot) chose him to save it... he's gotta be a cut above, in potential, no?
