Intelligence has different forms. Some of the lists are better for science, inventing, etc. Some of them are better for tactical stuff, quick decisions, dealing with people's emotions and reactions, take adventage of the surroundings and field experience.
In a fight, with prep time or not, not necessarily the scientific masterminds, would have the upperhand.
Who's smarter Mozart or Newton? A militar tachtician who won the war in the Pacific Ocean during the WW or the inventor of TV?
Most likely all of them have similar IQ's.
In comics, of course some of the thing done by the people in the list, is just ridiculous.(cough Doom, cough...)

Please, Lex Luthor made a time machine out of an orange, a paper tube and some aluminum. Pre-Crisis pseudo science ftw! w00tw00t
Lex doesn't belong in this league, he's lower down the scale.
imo, Doom is above the rest. done enough impossible feats. can traverse time because of technology he invented, steals powers from gods and demi-gods ... what more does a +mortal+ need to do, to prove that his mind is preeminent?

U can´t acquire any "knowledge" nor "learn any skill" if you are not smart. All of them are smart. They all have different knowledges and learned skills. Intelligence is more interesting. What can they do with the knowledge they have, and with the skills they have learn. Are they capable to solve differente kinds of problems? Are they capable of coming out of unexpected situations? Can they create new things, come up with new Ideas? Can they creatively use the resources they have in crisis situations?
They could be just equally smart and intelligent.
