Here's an instance of Domino using her powers under her concious control: She was able to cause lightning to hit a sentinel.

Notice how she seems to be fluent in multiple languages.

Also, at the begining of the fight with Deadpool he specifies that he doesn't want to use guns. In a gun fight, with Dom's powers, she would have the clear advantage... secondly, the fight shows that they're even until Wade distracts her.
