Wolverine need to land ONE good shot, while Human Torch can't knock him out...

And Wolverine runs pretty fast, he has outspeeded the Hulk who has outspeeded QUICKSILVER.

And the X-Men Evolution cartoon shows a much weaker Wolveirne than the comic one jump HIGH into the air.

And i doubt wolverine is faster than a huge hulk who can jump major distances

As much as Cap is my boy and I fashion every inch of my existence on his character I cannot give him the W here. He does have a better shot than Logan though.

Check the rules and see where no stipulations are made,the fight defaults to standard rules,which Wolverine just cant win this one

Well.... Quicksilver runned through time. And he was speedblitzed by Hulk, who has been speedblitzed by Wolverine before.
