1 second prep for the X-Men to do these:

Magneto erect and impenetrable shield around the X team,
Polaris negate the gravity outside the shield to handicap Flash,
Jean and Rachel do hard and soft psy defenses and offenses,
Cannonball to shield the whole team against Gladiator level blows,
Storm and Iceman do their attacks from inside the shields.

no speed stealing by the Flash unless the X team's shields can filter that power.

You're trying to make the X-Men win. Anyway....Supes could always pick up the ground that the X-Men are standing on and chunk it into space

I'm just making them even. That's why the X-Men outnumber the Justice League because the League is overly powerful.

The xmen is stupid as hell.

How about this scenerio, poloris, cannonball with his impenetrable forcefield, jean grey, and rachel put a forcefield around the entire team of jla and magneto play with there blood knocking them all the hell out.

Dont say that magneto cant affect them when doctor poloris affected the entire jla. or how about iceman freezing the entire team insides turning them into some ice statues and each xmen try there powers on each jla member seeing which one they could make explode the fastest.
