Im interested in knowing why you think it would fail to hurt her... Kitty has the ability to phase through solid matter, Hulk's clap is a form of kinetic energy. Why would she be able t phase through it, that is unless she developed a new ability to phase through all forms of matter? Im just curious cuz its an interesting debate...

Actually I'm interested to see how that fight goes down. The writers have already said that Kitty will be the hardest X-man to take down.

No it wasn't. For two possible Reasons.
One) Hulk has NEVER been portrayed as this angry or strong or intelligent in any fight he previously had with Blackbolt, nor the willingness to use said strength for nearly lethal blows.
Two) When has it ever been stated that a Blackbolt scream is more powerful than a Blackbolt whisper? Is it not possible that a scream has the same effect as a whisper? And what makes everyone think it's different? It's possible I missed something somewhere where they pointed that out in a comic.
