Close match. They each are at peak physical human condition and are heavily advanced in various forms of martial arts. Real hard to say, but I think I'm gonna say Batman, mostly because of his inventive mind and cunning fighting ability. Batman is much less exposed as a Hero than is Captin America.

I'd give strength, agility and all other physical attributes to Capt by a small margin, but martial art skill to Batman by a small margin as well. Both are excellent tacticians and strategists, but I'd still say Batman barely takes that as well. I'd say, given all of Batmans toys in his utility belt and assuming hes not holding back at all like he usually does, cuz this is freakin Captain America, that Batman wins. 6-7/10.

Captain America wins. He is stronger then Batman, he is faster then Batman and most of all he is a superior fighter. Captain America has been stated to be a master of every fighting style known to man on panel, Batman has not. Captain America is widely considered to be the greatest fighter on Marvel Earth... Batman isn't even in DC's top five. With out prep time Batman doesn't stand much of a chance against Cap.

Captain America for the high majority of wins.

I understand that the Captain America = Batman theory is popular... but it isn't even remotely accurate.
