Even with just his typical mace I would give it to Hawkman

He's faster, more skilled, more experienced, has a healing factor, his blows have hurt Superman, Wonder Woman, Despero, etc. He rountinely tags Flash level speedsters so Spider-Man won't have an advantage over speed

Spidey's only hope here is his Spider Sense

Other than that, he doesn't really have a chance against Carter
