Hulk isn’t a mutant because he doesn’t have the X gene the same with Spider-Man.

The X gene normally manifests when they go through puberty and Bruce at the time was well past that, even watch some interviews with Stan Lee and even he made the same classification and if you don’t believe the creator of the Hulk then I don’t know what will.

They are born mutants, but their powers do not show themselves until normally later in life.

A Batkick won't actually beat Hulk realistically. Batman wins this based on the stipulations of the match. With unlimited prep, I don't see many that Batman can't take down.
