If memory serves me right, Hulk has a pretty good record against Thor. Iron Man, probably not so much. But the point is, Hulk is a brick with massive strength, durability, and regeneration and he puts the hurting on Thor. Lobo is all of those things and more.

2. The symbiote gave Peter just nearly unlimited webbing and camoflage abilities.

3. Spiderman can lift now 20 Tons (Stressed more) and has also a speed upgrade combined with better senses, durability and Spider Stingers.
