If Grundy was fast enough to tag the flash, Hulk's ****ed. Grundy is already argurably stronger than Hulk since he can fight the JLA and Superman. But the speed advantage will murder Hulk.

He did fight them and do quite well (but remember it is the JSA). Then at some point Supergirl flew down to save Powergirl and they beat the stuffing out of him.
