Asgardian Destroyer (odin) w/odinsword vs surtur w/twilight sword

they battles in asgard.
who takes the victory,please discuss.

Odin with the Odin Sword can keep up with Surtur with the Twinlight Sword, the Asgardian Destroyer Armor would be an overkill.
