Seeking permission to start a Samurai RPG

May I have permission to start a RPG Sengoku-jidai era Samuai game.
And if anyone is interested please let me know.
Pick a Daimyo to portray ,Takeda Shingen, Uesugi Kenshin, Tokugawa Ieyasu, Oda Nabunaga, Hojo Soun ,Miyoshi Yoshitsugu, Asai Nagamasa . Each having Advantages and disadvantages to the Clans
