Sports Records that will NEVER fall

I dont believe no NHL team could beat Montreal Canadians record of winning the stanley cup 5 times in a row.

A black man on his way to the top not getting in some fake obviously thought up trouble, ala random steroids from nowhere.

Ripken's game streak...

I agree in this day and age. That one is going to be a permament one.

Given the fact that most professional (and quite a few amateur) athletes are on steroids these days I think most all records will eventually be broken. Whether they will be legitimately broken is another matter.

I dont think any hockey player can break Henri Richards record of winning the stanley cup 11 times.

So true, especially in the new NHL where the Stanley Cup champions might not make the playoffs the next year!

How about the AL homerun record for most HR in a season. That one has held for 46 years.

In December '91, I saw the Browns fumble on their first 3 offensive plays from scrimmage. I doubt that's happened before, since, or will happen again. The only team that would have a chance of matching or even (gulp!) beating that record would be, of course, them.

i cant see anyone getting 5 golds in 5 different olympic games for rowing like steve redgrave did...or for any sport for that matter

the level is such in athletes now that peak physical performance cant be sustained for that long a period
