He wasn't controlling them, simply dropping them. That doesn't show fine tune manipulation, at all. Besides, it was only 37 satellites, not every satellite 😬

There's no way. Magneto has no real way of hurting the SS at all. Magneto controls metal. SS can do even more with metal than Magneto. SS can withstand the pressures within stars. Magneto doesn't have any attack in his arsenal that approaches anywhere near this kind of force and power. SS can also absorb energy too. What's to stop him from absorbing Magneto's compartively small amount of power?

It's his own energies that he's using to conceal himself.
