"Me-Ji-cans", saying they talk "silly", those would be racist comments. Mexicans speak Spanish, just like you and I; like us, they have their own accents and slang due to cultural differences. If anyone gets to put down people for speaking Spanish "incorrectly", it would be the Spanish, pendejo.

I still don't see the racism there, but I see the funny in it. Among themselves as well feel it comical. Making fun of how people speak is not racist as well. If I were to call them "Border hopers" and what not, then that would be racist obviously. But come on, it is just the language I talk about.

I suspect people of doing the same sometimes so I ask them to define the context of their usage.
