Canada Tourism

I'll be visiting Canada for the first time in September and will be staying in Ottawa, Ontario. Is there anything around these parts that I should look into visiting/doing? I'm 20 years old if that helps out at all.

What ISN'T there to do here? It's gorgeous, cultured, busy etc....

You should go visit Parliament, they need the extra tourist money. No more tax dollars to spend.

🙄

anyways, nation art museum i beautiful, as is the natural history museum. Lots of government buildings if you are into that, there is the Ottawa river.

Ottawa Senators hockey team just finished their season, so the arena may be a good attraction...

I remember really nice churches from a trip I took when I was younger, and it was either there or in Quebec...

My teacher told me that the immigration law there is different from here in the USA. That is why you would be seeing many types of cultures there as well. 😊

Is it because you hate green people or because you're afraid of tentcales?

some great white water rafting in a couple places. you're only 200km from montreal as well. if you get the time, and you enjoy a good party, you HAVR to get to montreal . . .

When I went there, I talked to a lot of people on the street - they all spoke English. Really many adults are bilingual. More young and old are francophone's.
