Runner with the Space Gem is pretty much the fastest being ever created. In straight-line speed and fighting speed. Surfer, Flash, Gladiator, Genis, Zoom, etc theyre all fast, but against the Runner w/ the Space Gem they dont really even have a chance. Even against Normal Runner, they dont have any chance to win, although they would make it more entertaining and seemingly closer than against Runner with the Space Gem.

LMAO. Bart is the fastest being ever created. he IS the speed force. The runner with the space gem is a teleporter. Has nothing to do with his speed. And Glimmer is faster still.

He's not really a teleporter, he was just so fast that you can just see him when he stands still.
He could travle from one galaxy to another and back in a mirco second (just to see if Thanos was right about the infinity gems)
That's about a billion lightyears-and why he was at that galaxy he also had the time to get questions answered and so forth.
That's 1,135,296,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 = 1.135296*10^27 times faster than light minus the time it took to ask and get those questions answered.

So it's actually supose to be more, and it wasent stated to be his max speed.

Makkari beat Runner.
Runner doesn't have too many speed feats, besides in battle feats.
Which, as we all know, isn't the same as traveling speed.

Runner /w Space gem is unfair. The gem basically makes speed irrellivent - you access it's full power and you basically are everywhere and anywhere at any given moment - the user wouldn't need to run anywhere at all. It would be pointless

IIRC runner didnt WANT to go that fast, to avoid getting "stuck" in a permanent hi-speed state as makkari did.

It's not that he couldn't, it's just that he chose not to.

as for on panel speed feats, the billion light years in a microsecond feat is pretty damn fast.
