EDIT: Aren't hentai DVD copies sold there in the Phils? There's lots of stalls who sell anime DVDs, and most of them also sell hentai. Ask them the title, maybe they have a copy of it.

Also, are you using DSL or wireless connection? When I was in the Phils, I was using SmartBro (wireless) and the speed sucks. If you're using DSL, you can just download the torrents.
