Godzilla 2 (2009)?

I could totally see it go that route as well, it's hard to think of any other way to do it. Godzilla siding with the humans to fight a greater evil . . . priceless!

Yeah, I'd rather have that happen than to see another Godzilla get killed off because if that happens it's basically a case of "Why did you make a sequel then if he was only going to get killed off like his father?"

The first one was awful.I really hope that they don't make a second one.jm

I loved the stories and the actors were fine and there is way more than just 15 minutes of Godzilla screen time.

I watched some of the old Godzilla movies & it was probably less than 15 minutes. The movies center around people that aren't important. The name of the movies mine as well have been "Japanese Adventures".

I'm not sure but during the Transformers previews before the movie there was one that showed some guys going away party, his name was Rob I believe going to to Tokyo? And all of a sudden things started blowing up blocks away from where they were in NYC. I know it's in NYC because at the end of trailer the statue of liberty's head was thrown down the street and landed near them gathered. There was no title for the movie it just said 1/18/08. Could it be Godzilla? 😕

Personally, I doubt it but we'll have to wait & see until someone confirms otherwise. I think that we'd have to hear a roar to be sure.

Hopefully we can get a vouch on that preview, Idk if they show different previews throughout the world but I'd like some confirmation, my heart was racing when I saw it.

Well, in any case, a sequel would certainly be nice to see. The only question would be what kind of monster they'd use. Personally, I'd like to see something that resembles the monster from the episode "What Dreams May Come" from the animated series.

there are a lot of people spreading rumors now that JJ Abrams "Cloverfield" is in fact the new godzilla movie.

Thats that secret movie jj abrahms is working on, the only title anyone has been given from that studio is cloverfield, which is most likely a ploy.What ever it is he is working on, its big top secret stuff. You cant even find the trailer online anymore, it was pulled after only one week. I highly doubt it is a godzilla movie though

It's Godzilla, but not that giant asexual burrowing iguana American-Godzilla they did in 1998. They're going back to the Tomoyuki Tanaka style, 300+ feet tall, nuclear breath and pissed off.

I highly doubt they're going to link it to the 1998 movie in any way either, it's most likely a reboot.

If it has CGI & is interesting, I'll watch it.

Thanks for that interesting peice of info. It'll be interesting to see what monster they use & how real Godzilla will look using CGI. I'd prefer them to mix in the look of Japanese Godzilla & American Godzilla. Back to Robtard.
