Not only would Wolverine's brain mass regenerate faster the Beast Boy could eat it but anything Beast Boy could turn into with out getting crushed inside Wolverine's skull would eat its self to death long before it consumed enough of Wolverine's brain to cause ko him... and thats ignoring the fact that he would likely be crushed by Wolverine's factor regenerating around him.
