Reason, all the cartoon version heroes are a lot, A LOT, weaker than the regular ones.

Amazo's prime feat, creating a dimension.

So have Franklin Richard's.

I'd say the Evolutionary against Amazo would be a good fight.

Amazo JLU is probably Slightly Less powerful than Takion. He should be able to copy the IG since he didn't have any limits to his powers. But I'd give Thanos the win. having control over time, He could go back to when Ivo created Amazo and Kill Ivo. Battle done.
