Considering Goro comes from Moron Kombat and you can beat him with the characters off the MK roster I’ll have to go with the super, awesome, fear the wrath of GOD! Devil Jin.
Hey, does Goro use any ki moves? If he doesn't then I don't think that there's any reason why he could beat Devil Jin. Devil Jin can fly and hit him with laser, and that'll be the end of that.
