Which Transformers did NOT tranform into forms of transportation?

You wouldn't list Megatron in a "characters who did not transform into a Walther P-38." thread after all, would you......?

Soundwave may have been a jet on Cybertron in recent stories, but WD set out the thread citing Soundwave as not being so.
So I guess that gives G1 or the original character the right-of-way on that.

Perceptor (at least G1 Perceptor) was a Microscope.

Yeah, I don't remember if any of his other modes was a transport vehicle. I don't even think he's had any other modes besides his G1 form.

Perceptor has a "mobile laboratory" mode. I'm too lazy to upload a pic of the toy in this mode so here are the instructions showing how to transform it.

IIRC there was a brief episode....maybe the one where they shrink themselves down to size and invade Megatron inside his body, that Perceptor used this mode. I forget when exactly but he does use it, and it does move.

Ah shit you're right, haha. I barely remember that.

That mode was like having a cement mixer have wheels to move it.
It never transported anybody.

G1 Megatron
Fotress Maximus - Maybe he did, I can't remember.

Maximus did in the Cartoon. His battle vehicle mode could be used as a ship.
