The Violet lanterns (Star Sapphire Corps) have the Love rings.
The Red lanterns are supposed to debut in GL 25, and be powered by hate.
As far as the starheart that Kyle was granted - I had wondered too, and...

Possible, I suppose, but they'd be functioning at, more or less, half power.
You'd be better off wielding hate, fear, and avarice, or love, hope, and compassion, than all six.
Willpower, of course, could be thrown in in either scenario. But I imagine it'd be damn near impossible to forcibly shape the universes latent hate AND the latent love at the same time. Same for fear and hope, or avarice and compassion. They're, kinda, opposing each other.
