Neither Sentry nor WWH got hit anywhere near this hard. If punches that send them across the block wore them out...this would have really had them use up their reserves quickly...

And this was just a warning shot.. nobody was bloodlusted. Superman goes back completely unhurt and slightly annoyed.

A stomp from WWH shook a nice sized portion of the continent? Not bad...but not as impressive as shockwaves from punches in the air actually destroying the Earth.
