Nah. They should use one of their old designers or get a new one. Fagcoon seems to make characters that will be accepted in Japan

They give falcoon too much creative control, he's a good artist (Prior to working on kof). But, he really should not be in control of things like plot and character design.

the KoFMI bosses suck but Mukai and Magaki were pretty cool.
