Ryu Hayabusa vs Liu Kang

Ryu decides to compete in a martial arts tournament hosted by the movie star Johnny Cage.

Regrettably the movie star himself could not compete as its host (due to an accident while shooting a movie, which resulted in a fractured ankle), and has his longtime friend and fellow warrior Liu Kang take his place.

Sure enough both Ryu and Liu breeze through the tournament, until they both meet up in the final match.

The final match is about to begin.

Ryu, he's just too fast for him.
