I think I share the sentiment that Stardust was more interesting as a male. I thought it was pretty bold of Marvel to have him be male and profess love for Galactus. That was my first impression anyway. Now that he/she isn't, well. Not so interesting anymore. Although... I feel ignorant about falling prey to the blatant exploitation of diversity that creators take advantage of. Busiek demands, "Put a black man on the Avengers to make them more interesting!" and I say, "Gee, more interesting!" The fact that I even cared makes me feel like I ought to be watching Ricki Lake or Jerry Springer...
