Okay. Grey Fox (aka the Cyber Ninja) from Metal Gear Solid, versus Darth Maul on Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace for PSOne.

This is against the rules. Darth Maul didn't originate in a game.

Doesn't matter. Rules say the character must originate in a game, which Maul does not.
