I liked DOTNG and didn't think Holy War was so bad....But Marvel: The End before that ruined the whole God thing for me, too.

Read his "Cosmic Guard" series by DDP? That has a more classic feel to it.

I doubt that. It seemed to hurt quite a bit, but he pulled his hands out to show no real damage done. Immersing him completely probably only would've delayed him for a few extra moments, but he would've done the same thing. If he curled up, that would break him loose, and then the fight continues.

Against the X-men he fought? Yeah easy peasy but if Juggs and him really fought Hulk would be down for the count.
