Indeed. However, the best that any Hulk fan could argue based off that fight is still stalemate - which is pretty much the only sensical result of a drawn out fight between the two.

Thing put up a "fight", Wolverine got hits in... weak characters do get to trade one or two blows, simply because The Hulk doesn't go for the kill.
Cain would have been dead if Hulk had wanted to kill any of the X-men, that's why Hulk didn't even bother wasting time when Cain returned to the battle as juggernaut.
in a drawn out battle, I can't see anything but WW Hulk getting pissed off a little and amping to a level beyond anything juggernaut can deal with.
