I don't see how that breaks the bonds, i've heard of ammonia used instead of bicarb and i've heard of it being injected with lemon juice.

but bicarb is still king, the reason you use a microwave instead of boiling it, is because microwave speed up the water molecules kinetic energy, kind of super boiling the the cocaine with the bicarb.
