Venomancer was talking about IP range bans...which is not a good idea as that punishes potential new members that happen to get caught in the IP range. That cuts into Raz's ability to make more money in the future and, eventually, you guys would have too many IP ranges banned, creating a mess for new people...especially if ISPs do some IP reassignment.

So, anyway, yeah, you've got it right.

Edit - There's also IP randomizers that make banning the slightly more savvy trolls, stay banned.
