Your suggesting that we RP all day. Thats just like me waking up in the morning, get on KMC Unhosted, and click the refresh button every minute. That is where games and RP is different. Its easier to make money in sports than video games anyway...So you prove no point there...
Quit the cursing and insults. You're making yourself look very bad at the moment. This type of talk will get this thread closed. Those insults were unprovoked and unneeded.Actually if you play sports the chances are that you won't
make money. You have to be leagues above the average player in the sport you are playing. I have the build and capability to play American Football, I could try out but will more than likely not pass the test or go professional. You can also make money playing video games you know? What's the difference in us Roleplayers? We could be out there "playing sports" as you say instead of spending our time online pretending to be someone else, a different race, in a different world. Playing a video game all day, roleplaying all day, playing sports all day, they are all things people do that they enjoy doing. Why criticize a WoW player when you do something similar?
I also do not see a fake Super Marie or a groupie of hers. What would make Rapidash one? Is it because she disagrees with you and respectively makes her case without cursing or insults?
Yeah, I admit I got kinda worked up. Guess I was just taking my anger out on Rapidash, so I apologize to her... Now Im not gonna talk about this subject anymore...
Originally posted by RapidashThat is just how they are portrayed in pop culture, hence why most people believe this. Hell, most of the WoW players I met kinda fit this bill but I would never generalize and believe they are all like this.
This post of yours is ignorant and uncalled for. What kind of people do you think World of Warcraft players are? No-Life losers that still live with their mother and doesn't have a job?
Just accept it and move on. If you can't, don't argue with us about something that none of us can change...

"While many young people every year set their goals on becoming NFL players, it is extremely difficult to reach that level. Statistically of the 100,000 high school seniors who play football every year, only 215 will ever make an NFL roster. That is 0.2%! Even of the 9,000 players that make it to the college level only 310 are invited to the NFL scouting combine, the pool from which teams make their draft picks."
What that paragraph means: Get a day job.

Well, unless you're Japanese and living in Japan, you're not going to be making manga. And drawing isn't something you lose the ability to do.
The personal attacks and petty bickering need to stop. Right this instant. Anyone who continues will be getting warned. Hunter_Abari, you can have a warning for attacks and hostility, and the next out-of-line comment I see from you will be a ban.
I don't believe Anon is telling him to give up on his dreams or that he'll never succeed. He is simply suggesting that he should have a back up plan. He's right too, it's hard for even a college football player to get into the NFL, even harder to make it big there. You're in a place where top players from their schools reside, everyone there is the star player in the NFL in regards to college and high school football.
